Takoyaki Balls (how to find them in Japan)

Takoyaki balls are just one of the street foods we enjoyed eating in Tokyo while in between looking for the temple & wandering in the shopping areas like the one on Asakusa.

There also many ramen and other food shops in inner streets to satisfy you tummy for sukiyaki, tonkatsu and more! Sake and some other beers also served chilled which you can drink after strolling around the area.

Asakusa is accessible through via Ginza line (G-19), last stop actually. Then there is a line to the Tokyo Skytree, also one of the tourist spots which you should not miss while in town.

There are various shopping stalls in Asakusa selling all items ranging from key chains, toys to bags, jackets, shoes and clothes.

There’s a Starbucks shop nearby so you can get that collectors’ city mug you eagerly want to have. And in case you suddenly ran out of cash, just ask around since there is a bank nearby where you can exchange your Euro or US dollar for the precious yen. 😄
