Ikkoryu Fukuoka Ramen

I’ve never been to Japan. But I must say I enjoy the menu at Ikkoryu Fukuoka Ramen house here at the new wing of the Edsa Shangri-La Mall in Mandaluyong.

The ambiance is Japanese, tastes and feels Japanese. Indeed a place to enjoy Japanese cuisine!

Enjoy its hearty, authentic Japanese Tonkotsu ramen. Ramen is considered a staple food in Japan and it is believed to be SOUL food by both the young and old in Japan and around the world.

Tonkotsu ramen is a special thin, straight noodles mixed with thick pork broth. Tonkotsu is a special regional ramen found in the Kyusho region in Japan.

Ikkoryu Fukuoka Ramen is proud to bring into the Philippines the Japanese’s ramen eating lifestyle.

Yummy fried chicken fingers…and fried rice…

The authentic gyoza (dumpling).

Here is a taste of the delicious scoops of sesame bean and vanilla caramel salt ice cream.
