It took me some time to blog again. And now, I am back– to what I do best. Food Tripping.
Here is a first– I cooked Bicol Express for the first time. I can say its spicy, even with only the green chili peppers in it.
500 grams pork cut into small pieces
Salt & Pepper
1 to 2 cups of fresh coconut milk
First saute the garlic, onions, and ginger.
Then pour the pork, until brown. Put in the coconut milk. Bring into boil until the sauce thickens.
Pour the shrimp paste, then chilis. Add salt and pepper.
