While in Taichung, my group had a side trip at the Puli Paper factory located at 22 Lung Sheng Road, Section 2 in Pu-li, NanTau Hsien, Taiwan  (info@puli-paper.com).   This paper shop has a museum to educate young school children about how paper is processed. They also encouraged the kids  to make their own paper arts. Quite educational, and exciting!
