Taipei 101

World’s second tallest building. It takes about 32 seconds to reach the viewing deck (indoor) from the fifth floor to the 88th floor. Beat that!

Let’s do The Tango

I stayed at The Tango Hotel-Xinyi,  a modern hotel right in the heart of Taipei. It is strategically located in the busy city, just a few minutes away the Taipei 101 tower, row of commercial stores composed of branded products and the night markets.

A McDonalds outlet is about two blocks away from the hotel.

Soft linen. King size bed. Have a good night sleep after a busy business day or a day of sightseeing.

For an hour or two, relax and refresh at the private spa in your room. There are two modes– bubble bath and hotspring.

CNN friendly hotel. During my stay, news is about the attack in Beirut, killing a top security official. Prior to this, the second debate between re-electionist President Barrack Obama and Gov. Romney.

My working nook.

Hello Kitty

At the international airport, before you take that shopping spree at the duty-free shops, reminisce your childhood fun by having your photo taken at the Hello Kitty themed telephone booths, breastfeeding station and a photo booth set up by Eva Air.

The Breastfeeding Station. All Hello Kitty.

Self-check in counter for Eva Airlines passengers.
