Hits and misses

I think I failed in making my homemade pork garlic embutido  last weekend just because I missed two important ingredients — the eggs and some cornstarch. Eggs and cornstarch make the ground mix sticky so it forms into a good roll once placed in a foil.

Practice makes perfect. I hope to make perfect embutido next time.
